Terms of Service
Last updated: October 9, 2026
Agreement
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of SocialCloude. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these Terms. If you use SocialCloude on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization.
The service
SocialCloude is a multi-tenant platform for managing brand context, creating and approving content, and publishing or scheduling to connected destinations. Features may change as we improve the product. Some capabilities require a paid plan or active trial.
Accounts and workspaces
You are responsible for your account credentials and for activity under your account. Workspace owners and admins control membership, roles, and businesses. You must ensure that people you invite are authorized to access the data you share with them.
Acceptable use
You may not misuse the service, including by attempting to access another tenant’s data, reverse engineer the platform except where allowed by law, overload our infrastructure, or use SocialCloude to create or distribute unlawful, harmful, or infringing content.
You are solely responsible for content you generate, approve, schedule, and publish — including compliance with platform rules of connected networks and applicable advertising and disclosure laws.
AI-generated content
AI outputs may be inaccurate or incomplete. You must review and approve content before it is released. SocialCloude does not guarantee that AI output is unique, non-infringing, or fit for a particular purpose.
Integrations
Third-party platforms may change or revoke access. We are not responsible for outages, policy changes, or actions taken by those platforms. You authorize us to act on your behalf using the credentials you connect, within the scope of features you use.
Plans, trials, and billing
Paid plans are billed through Stripe according to the plan you select. Trials, when offered, grant Professional-level limits for a limited period. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law. We may suspend access for non-payment or abuse.
Intellectual property
We own SocialCloude, including its software, design, and trademarks. You retain ownership of content you submit. You grant us a license to host, process, and transmit that content solely to operate the service for you.
Disclaimer and limitation of liability
The service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind to the fullest extent permitted by law. To the maximum extent permitted by law, SocialCloude and its suppliers are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, or data, arising from your use of the service.
Termination
You may stop using SocialCloude at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms or if we discontinue the service. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will survive.
Changes and contact
We may update these Terms by posting a revised version. Continued use after changes become effective constitutes acceptance.
